MSA-2031
EPOXIDE ADHESIVE

MSA-2031 is a filled, thixotropic, low slump, solvent free, epoxy bedding mortar and adhesive. It has been specifically designed as a specialized adhesive for MSA-MONOFLEX W (Flexible Polyolefin) bandage systems used in potable water reservoirs as well as wastewater treatment works, and for bonding of Carbon Fibre strengthening strips. It is characterized by a good working life and fast cure.

DAMP SURFACE PRIMER

MSA-106 is a two-part moisture tolerant primer that has a long open time, for use on damp substrates.

MSA-205 GG
POLYSULPHIDE SEALANT

MSA-205 (GG) is a two-component sealing compound based on a polysulphide polymer blended with fillers and chemical curing agents, which cures after mixing to form a durable rubber like seal. This sealant is highly elastic and able to withstand continuous extension and recovery. It may be used with most common building materials such as concrete, plaster, brick, and stone. It exhibits superior resistance to many common chemicals, fuel oils and solvents. Also resistant to ultraviolet light and ozone making it ideally suited to drinking water reservoirs. Suitable for exterior use, and for use where the sealant will be subjected to contact with chemicals, solvents, and oils.

MSA-205 LV

HIGH CHEMICAL RESISTANT SEALANT

MSA-211 is a two-component sealing compound based on a hydrophobic polyurethane resin and an isocyanate curing agent. The system crosslinks to produce a tough, durable rubber like seal. Its unique chemistry ensures that it is unaffected by high concentrations of acids, alkalis, and water-soluble salts.

POLYURETHANE SEALANT

MSA-299 is a two component sealing compound based on a polyether polyurethane, blended with fillers and a chemical curing agent, which reacts after mixing to form a durable rubber like seal. This sealant is highly elastic and is able to withstand continuous extension and recovery. It may be used with most common building materials such as concrete, plaster, brick, and stone. It exhibits superior resistance to abrasion, ultraviolet light and ozone making it suitable for exterior use. Due to its excellent water resistance and adhesion plus resistance to biodegradation it forms the ideal material for use in sewage treatment plants.

MSA-299 LV
POLYURETHANE SEALANT

MSA-299 LV is a two-component low viscosity, semi self-levelling sealing compound based on a polyether polyurethane. It is blended with fillers and a chemical curing agent, which reacts after mixing to form a durable rubber like seal. This sealant is highly elastic and is able to withstand continuous extension and recovery. It may be used with most common building materials such as concrete, plaster, brick, and stone. It exhibits superior resistance to abrasion, ultraviolet light and ozone making it suitable for exterior use. Due to its excellent water resistance and adhesion and resistance to biodegradation, it forms the ideal material for use in sewage treatment plants. MSA-299 LV cannot be used on vertical surfaces due to its low viscosity.

MSA-500 HP SL
SINGLE COMPONENT HYBRID SEALANT

MSA-500 HP SL is a high-performance, self-levelling, ultralow modulus moisture curing sealant, based on hybrid technology which is both isocyanate and VOC free. It has a good cure rate, excellent moisture, and oxidation resistance, and exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates, for example, concrete/concrete, concrete/steel, concrete/asphalt, steel/asphalt.

MSA-501 HP
SINGLE COMPONENT HYBRID SEALANT

MSA-500 HP is a high-performance, non-sag, low modulus moisture curing sealant, based on hybrid technology which is both isocyanate and VOC free. It has a good cure rate, excellent moisture, and oxidation resistance, and exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates, for example, concrete/concrete, concrete/steel, concrete/asphalt, steel/asphalt.

LOW MODULUS HYBRID SEALANT

MSA-515 is a high-performance low modulus moisture curing sealant, based on hybrid technology which is both isocyanate and VOC free. It has a good cure rate, excellent moisture and oxidation resistance, and exhibits excellent adhesion to cementitious substrates, asphalt, brick, stone, steel, wood, and ceramic tiles. It has an extremely low modulus and high elongation and is recommended for use in areas where extreme movement is anticipated. (50 % of initial joint width.)

MSA-525
HYBRID SEALANT

MSA-525 is a thixotropic isocyanate and solvent and VOC free moisture curing sealant, based on Hybrid technology. It is a filled system that has moisture and oxidation resistance and exhibits good adhesion to cementitious and steel substrates.

MSA-535
HYBRID SEALANT & ADHESIVE

MSA-535 is a thixotropic, VOC free, moisture curing, hybrid sealant and adhesive. It is a filled, moisture and oxidation resistant mastic that exhibits exceptional adhesion to cementitious substrates, steel, wood, ceramic, aluminium, brick, and various other substrates. A primer will be required for bonding to stainless steel.)

MSA-303
HIGH SOLIDS EPOXY COATING

MSA-303 is a twin pack, solvent based, high solids epoxy coating cured with a cycloaliphatic crosslinking agent. Although of low viscosity and easy to apply it rapidly cures to form an exceptionally tough flexible film with very good abrasion and chemical resistance. Its low solvent content ensures that maximum build is achieved with each coat. MSA-303 is available in a range of colours and provides a coating which is both protective and decorative.

MSA-307 is a water-based epoxy coating specifically formulated to seal and adhere to damp substrates.

MSA-606
POLYURETHANE PAINT

MSA-606 is a highly durable twin pack aliphatic polyurethane coating with excellent gloss retention and UV resistance. It exhibits good resistance to a wide range of chemicals, water, oils, aliphatic solvents, and organic acids. The cured material is non-toxic with excellent flexibility and toughness. It is available in clear and pigmented coatings, in either a high gloss or sheen finishes.

MSA-611
HI-BUILD POLYURETHANE COATING

MSA-611 polyurethane coating is a solvent free, two-part polyether-based coating. It yields an extremely flexible hi-build product with good chemical resistant and elongation properties. Contains integral aluminium micro flakes for UV stability. Good wear resistance and suitable for trafficked surfaces.

MSA-699 polyurethane coating is a solvent free, two-part polyether-based coating. It yields an extremely flexiblehi-build product with good chemical resistant and elongation properties.

MSA-220
CONCRETE REPAIR KIT

MSA-220 is a filled, thixotropic, solvent free, epoxy adhesive. It has been specifically designed for mortar patching and as a general-purpose adhesive in the construction industry. It is characterized by a good working life and fast cure.

MSA-309
EPOXY CRACK INJECTION

MSA-309 is a low viscosity, solvent free, epoxy compound. It is unfilled, moisture resistant and exhibits excellent flow and adhesion to concrete. It is used for the repair of concrete that has cracked due to excessive loading or the inadequate provision of expansion joints. Effective repairs of these faults can be carried out using MSA-309. This product can be injected into hair-line cracks too fine to be filled with traditional materials or can be gravity fed into horizontal cracks. Because epoxy resin systems have a higher mechanical strength than concrete it will restore the concrete to its original monolithic strength. Also used for the bonding of starter bars or dowel bars in a vertical application.

EPOXY ADHESIVE

MSA-311 is a general purpose, thixotropic, solvent free, two-part epoxy adhesive with a mix ratio of 1:1.

MSA-313
WET TO DRY EPOXY

MSA-313 is a modified, solvent free epoxy adhesive specifically formulated to bond wet to cured concrete. It is an excellent adhesive for use with properly prepared brick, concrete, and steel.

MSA-617
ZINC PRIMER

MSA-617 is a low viscosity, solvent containing polyurethane pre-polymer than has been enriched with zinc powder and flow agents. The product is applied to metal surfaces where it acts as a passivating coating.

MSA-901
GP THINNERS & CLEANER

MSA-901 is a medium evaporation solvent with high solvent strength that is widely used for cleaning in the construction and chemical industry. Its main function is the cleaning of wet coatings from mixing and application tools. materials like epoxy and polyurethane.

Note: that it will not dissolve chemically cured materials like epoxy and polyurethane.
